This was the second Polaris inspired watch from Jaeger-LeCoultre (first being the Master Compressor Memovox), and this time in collaboration with Aston Martin.
As you might see, the dial has been inspired from the speedometer of a Aston Martin car.
Jaeger-LeCoultre or actually Jaeger have had a long tradition of manufacture vehicle meters and fine mechanical equipment. Not sure if still, but not long ago you could spot the Jaeger logo on dashboards in several different car bards…
