Any real Jaeger-LeCoultre collector knows the references 3160 and 3161 – the Memovox International and the Memovox Parking from the 125 Years Jubilé Collection!
But how many of you know the references 3165 and 3166? Most collectors don’t.
The Jaeger-LeCoultre 3165 and 3166 are a pair of Pocket Memovox with leather pouch.
The first one, the 3165 have a foot for upright position on a table.
Brass case, 36 mm x 39 mm, not including the foot (42 mm x 12.5 mm).

The hands and dial is the same type used in some wrist watch Memovox.
And not very surprising, so is the movement inside, the Calibre K 814. Even the case back looks similar to a wrist watch Memovox.

When you don’t use the 3165, the leather pouch is slides down to protect the Pocket Memovox.

Here are the T.W.O featured in the 1960 Jaeger-LeCoultre catalogue.

The 3166 is a more of a folding Pocket Memovox. When closed, the pouch protect it.

When open you find the 3166 is only attached with a leather strap in one end.

And by bringing it up, you can angle it in place to a semi-upright position.

The 3165 and 3166 have the same case except for the foot of the 3165 and different leather pouches.

Two lovely travel companions to wake you up at your new location or remind you of your next meeting at the office!
