Last time I posted a Enicar watch I promised to come back with a different Enicar next time…
This is the next time and this is a different Enicar – the Enicar Star Jewels with Ocean Pearl case.
Similar Ocean Pearl case as to the one I shared earlier: Enicar Ocean Pearl.
One millimetre smaller, 35 mm this one have similar lugs and screw-down case back. Again, not a super compressor like the Sea Pearl cases with bayonet locking.
From the style and what I found on the Internet, I think this one is from the early-mid 1960’s.

Again the red date which adds some colour to the sunburst silver dial and the black ebony hands and index.

Behind the happy shark is the manual Calibre AR 1141.

Background for these shots is a scan from the 1965 Basel Watch Fair, introducing the new Enicar Sherpa “Pilote”, specially designed for pilots, allows you to control the hourly speed.
